    Terms & Conditions

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using our website at beeurselfiephotobooth.com and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms are entered into between you and W Star Enterprises ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the legal entity operating Bee Ur Selfie Photo Booth.

    2. Services

    Bee Ur Selfie Photo Booth provides luxury AI-powered photo and video experience services for weddings, corporate events, galas, brand activations, and private celebrations in Augusta, Georgia and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius. Custom travel arrangements may be available upon request for premium events.

    3. Booking & Reservations

  1. All event bookings are subject to availability and require a signed service agreement.
  2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
  3. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  4. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

    5. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  5. **Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date** may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, at the Company's discretion.
  6. **Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date** are non-refundable.
  7. **Rescheduling requests** made more than 30 days before the event may be accommodated based on availability at no additional charge.
  8. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event are subject to a rescheduling fee and availability.

    The client agrees to:

  9. Provide accurate event information including date, time, venue, and guest count.
  10. Ensure adequate space and power supply at the event venue for our equipment.
  11. Notify us of any venue restrictions (e.g., noise, space, access) at the time of booking.
  12. Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our staff and equipment.

    13. We reserve the right to cease operations at any event where the safety of our staff or equipment is at risk, without any refund obligation.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All AI-generated images, designs, branding, and content created by Bee Ur Selfie Photo Booth remain the intellectual property of W Star Enterprises unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients are granted a personal-use license for photos delivered at their event.

    For corporate events and brand activations involving client logos or branding, clients represent and warrant that they own or have appropriate rights to use any marks, logos, or creative assets provided to us.

    7. Media & Marketing

    By using our services, you grant Bee Ur Selfie Photo Booth the right to use event photos and videos for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including social media. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to your event.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, W Star Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to equipment failure, technical issues, or acts of nature. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.

    9. Equipment & Force Majeure

    We maintain and transport professional-grade equipment with care. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, venue issues, or other force majeure events.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Richmond County, Georgia.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
